'regl-scatterplot' library, rendering millions of
two-dimensional points in the browser via WebGL. Designed for
exploratory visualisation of single-cell, spatial
transcriptomics and other high-dimensional biological data.
Features include synchronised pan/zoom across multiple plots,
categorical and continuous colour mapping, lasso selection,
range and category filtering, PNG/SVG/PDF export, and Shiny
integration. The widget works in the 'RStudio' Viewer,
standalone HTML files, Shiny applications and Jupyter notebooks
running the 'IRkernel'.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/biocstaging/actions/runs/37612575394</link><pubDate>Fri, 19 Jun 2026 09:02:07 GMT</pubDate><r:package>reglScatterplotR</r:package><r:version>0.99.3</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://biocstaging.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/BiocStaging/reglScatterplotR</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>reglScatterplot.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>reglScatterplot.html</r:filename><r:title>Interactive WebGL Scatterplots with reglScatterplot</r:title><r:created>2026-05-25 19:30:40</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-26 05:58:00</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>performance.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>performance.html</r:filename><r:title>Scaling reglScatterplot to millions of points</r:title><r:created>2026-05-25 19:30:40</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-26 05:58:00</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
